Buyer Application Checklist

Please review and provide the following for each buyer over 18.

State-Issued Photo ID

Provide a clear copy of a current state-issued photo ID.

Pre-Approval or Proof of Funds

Mortgage buyers: lender pre-approval letter where available. Cash buyers: proof of funds where appropriate.

Proof of Income

Current pay stubs, recent tax returns, and bank statements, if applicable, for lender coordination.

Financing Information

Pre-approval status, lender contact information, loan type if known, and down payment plans.

Additional Documentation
