Browse available rentals and choose the property that fits your needs.
Apply
Submit the online rental application and required documentation. Stacey will provide fee instructions directly if they apply.
Screening
Your application is reviewed using the property's written screening criteria and applicable screening process.
Decision
You will be notified of the application decision and next steps.
Move In
If approved, complete the lease requirements, initial funds and move-in process.
Gather Your Documents
- Photo ID. State-issued picture ID for each applicant.
- Proof of Income. Current acceptable income documentation.
- Income Minimum. At least twice the monthly rent.

We evaluate every application using consistent, written screening criteria.
- Photo ID and proof of income required for each applicant
- Combined income at least twice the monthly rent
- Credit and background screening, including court records
- Secure document uploads with your online application
- $25.00 per applicant where the screening process applies
- Applications are processed first-come, first-served
- The property owner makes all final decisions
