Applicant Requirements

State-issued picture ID required for each applicant.

Copy of proof of income: current paycheck stubs or tax returns AND bank statements, or SSI, Disability, Workman's Comp or Assistance documentation. Cash is not provable income.

Combined monetary income must be at least twice the amount of the rent.

$25.00 each applicant for credit reports. We do check court records. If a screening fee applies, Stacey will send Zelle payment instructions directly.

All applications are processed on a first come, first served basis. The rental unit will be rented to the first qualified applicant. The owner makes all final decisions on all applications.
