Information we collect
When you use a contact, showing request, seller, property management, application, review, or newsletter form on this site, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and the details of your inquiry or application. The rental application also collects a Social Security number and driver's license number, consistent with Desert Empire's standard rental screening process; these are encrypted at rest and are never included in email or PDF copies. We do not collect bank account details or government ID numbers beyond a driver's license number through this website.
How we use it
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your application, process your review, or send newsletter content you opted into. Lead and application details are routed by email to Stacey Clayton and stored in a secure database for her follow-up.
Payments
This website does not process payments. All rent, deposits, application fees and credit report fees are collected in person or via Zelle, outside of this website.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember listings you've saved as favorites. This information stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
Third parties
We may reference or link to third-party services such as Zillow and Move-Out Ready (moveoutready.pro). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from property update emails at any time using the link in each email. To request that we delete information you've submitted, contact us at StaceyBClayton@aol.com.
